FAQ

"What do I have access to?"

You will rent a private room with access to kitchen and bathroom. You will have your private shelf in the fridge. Everything has been thought out and planned for you to have a pleasant stay!

"What is the average cost of utilities?"

The short term and the mid-term price already includes utilities. For long-term stays, 49€ will be added to your monthly rent.

"Do you live in the house?""

Yes, I do. And I host people from all over the world for many years now :)

"Is it a quiet atmosphere?"

I only host guests who look for a calm and quiet atmosphere. It will be perfect for you if you need to study or work at home!

Your stay

Short-term

It is 1320€ per month utilities included.

Mid-term

If you stay for the first semester (Erasmus student), you can pretend to the mid-term rate: 981€ /month.

Long-term

If you stay for more than five months, you can pretend to the long-term rate: from 750€ /month. Utilities are not included, they are 49€/month.

Departure

I will give you back the deposit for the keys. The duvet cleaning cost is 10€ and the professional cleaning service cost is 35€. I do not accept cleanings from students, it is a professional company which will clean after your departure.
