"What do I have access to?"

You will rent a private room with access to kitchen and bathroom. You will have your private shelf in the fridge. Everything has been thought out and planned for you to have a pleasant stay!

"What is the average cost of utilities?"

The short term price already includes utilities. For mid-term and long-term stays, 50€ will be added to your monthly rent.

"Do you live in the house?""

Yes, I do. And I host people from all over the world for many years now :)

"Is it a quiet atmosphere?"

I only host guests who look for a calm and quiet atmosphere. It will be perfect for you if you need to study or work at home!

Your stay

Short-term

It is 39€ per night utilities included.

Mid-term

If you stay at least one month, you can pretend to the mid-term rate: 595€ /month. Utilities are not included, they are 50€/month.

Long-term

If you stay at least five months, you can pretend to the long-term rate: from 450€ /month. Utilities are not included, they are 50€/month.

Departure

Day of departure: leave the room without cleaning, I will give you back your deposit less duvet cleaning cost (10€) and professional cleaning service cost (30€). I do not accept cleanings from students, it is a professional company which will clean after your departure.
